Orders and Shipping

Payment options include credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and Paypal. Schools may elect to pay via purchase order. A 30-day invoice will be included with your order if this option is selected.

All print orders within New Zealand incur a flat rate freight charge of $10.00 (including GST). Freight charges for all international orders will be quoted individually. Please contact our International Sales Team: sales@sunshine.co.nz

Wendy Pye Publishing Ltd is required to be registered for GST in New Zealand therefore all prices are inclusive of GST.

All orders placed on this website are processed within five business days. Sunshine reserves the right to ship via the carrier of our choice in all instances. If an ordered item is not available or has been back ordered, the customer will be advised on their invoice or via email. Back ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they become available, freight free.

When using credit card for payments via our website, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL encryption technology. This ensures your security. Credit card information is not retained once payment has been received.

Orders placed on this website can only be shipped to a New Zealand address or PO Box. International orders can only be placed by contacting our International Sales Team at sales@sunshine.co.nz

Returns

We accept items for return within 30 days of purchase. Products must be received by us in an unused and undamaged condition and, where applicable, still in the original packaging. If you wish to return part or all of your order, you must contact our Customer Care Team on 09 525 4205 or sales@sunshine.co.nz to arrange the return of the goods.

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact our Customer Care Team on 09 525 3575 to arrange the free return of the incorrect item and the dispatch of the item originally ordered.

All care is taken to send products in good order and condition. If you have received a damaged item, please contact our Customer Care Team on 09 525 3575 or sales@sunshine.co.nz. We will arrange the return of the damaged stock, free of charge. Once we have received the damaged stock, we will be happy to replace the item with no additional freight charges or we will organise a refund.
