This professional learning workshop will provide a hands-on workshop using Sunshine resources in the classroom – a follow-up workshop for teachers who understand the Why and What of Structured Literacy and are now ready to enhance their practice.

This workshop will provide educators with:

• Practical ways to teach the evidence based elements of Structured Literacy using evidence based teaching principles
• Examples of practical and explicit classroom teaching practice
• How to use Sunshine decodable books in print and online
• Initial screening and interweaving ongoing assessment of students
• A FREE teaching kit that includes samples of Sunshine Phonics resources
